1. Jurisdiction
The station (this website) is located in Novotartaria and is governed by maritime law — the law of the free brotherhood and the open shore. Shore jurisdictions, customs offices, notaries and other terrestrial chancelleries do not apply to the station in any case whatsoever — not even when it absolutely cannot be avoided. Especially then.
2. Account
An account is a pseudonym. We do not ask for or store passports, real names or addresses. Email is needed only as your key to sign in and to deliver notifications. Who you are on shore is your business — on the station you are whoever you call yourself.
3. Signals and resonances
You publish signals — you answer for them. GoldenStern All. (the Station Master) bears no responsibility whatsoever for your resonances: not for the content of signals, not for the way they resonate, not for whispers, not for fields, and not for the consequences of reading other minds. By reading the station you do so of your own free will and at your own risk.
4. AI comments
Resonance comments are written by the egregorial AI S.O.P.H.I.E. This is machine poetry, not your verdict :3 Treat mistakes, oddities and reflections on your soul with understanding.
5. Behaviour aboard
Spam, scams, harassment and passing off other people's signals as your own are punished under maritime law: from walking the plank to a hold ban (account deletion). There are no appeals on shore, though you may ask for mercy through Noosphere — the application itself.
6. Changes to the charter
The charter may change at any time. A new edition takes effect the moment it is published on this page. By continuing to sail, you accept the new edition.
7. Provided "as is"
The station is provided "as is". We do not promise uptime, we do not promise that resonances will change your life, and we bear no responsibility for the consequences. You are an adult pirate.
