1. What we know

Only what you entered yourself: pseudonym, email, texts of signals and whispers, images, links, notification settings, language. No passports, phone numbers, addresses or "especially important" data. We do not even know who you are on shore — and we do not want to.

2. Collection and use of data

The full list — what we collect, why, and for how long:

  • Email — the key for magic-link sign-in and the address notification letters go to. Without it the door does not open; with it you get letters, not ads.
  • Handle and bio — your face on the station: they stand next to your signals so the reader knows who is transmitting.
  • Texts of signals and whispers — the content itself: resonances are searched by them and the egregorial AI comments on them. A whisper stays between you and the one it is addressed to.
  • Images — pictures attached to signals. We keep them compressed, show them in the feed and describe them with AI once so they can be searched.
  • Links — one per signal; we fetch its preview (title, description, picture) so the link does not arrive naked.
  • Push token — only if you switched notifications on: it lets the station knock on your browser. Switched off — the device is forgotten.
  • Language — remembered in your browser so the station speaks yours.
  • IP and user-agent — recorded at sign-in (magic link and session) purely to guard the door against strangers; they live as long as the session.

3. AI: S.O.P.H.I.E. resonances

Resonance comments are written by the egregorial AI S.O.P.H.I.E. through OpenRouter. Only trimmed excerpts of signal texts leave the station — no email, no handle, no signature: the model sees thoughts, not passengers. The texts are not transferred to anyone beyond the API call itself and are not sold. Resonance search (embeddings) is computed on the station itself.

4. Who it goes to

For advertising purposes — nobody: there is no advertising and there never will be. To technical contractors — minimally and strictly on business: hosting (where the station lives), a mail service (so the letters arrive) and the API for AI comments (signal texts pass through the models of the egregorial AI). Everything else stays on the station, and none of it is for sale.

5. Google API — for sign-in only

The Google API is used only for sign-in: through OAuth we receive your email and basic profile data solely for authorization. Data received via Google APIs is not sold, not rented out and not used for advertising.

Neither the service nor its AI generates intimate images, and Google APIs are not used to create non-consensual intimate images (AI NCII).

6. Cookies and local storage

A session cookie (n00sphere_session) — so you do not have to enter the key on every visit; the oauth_state cookie lives only during sign-in itself. Local storage keeps your interface language (locale) and, if you enabled it, the push subscription. No advertising cookies and no trackers: there is nothing to track, advertising does not exist. A push subscription can be turned off in your browser settings, after which we stop knowing of your existence at all.

7. Your rights

You can see what we know about you, correct the handle and bio, switch notifications off, unlink Google — and request deletion of the account and all data through contacts (section 10, "through Noosphere — the application itself"). We answer and we delete: no interrogations, on the word of a pirate under maritime law.

8. Storage and disappearing

The retention period is until the account is deleted: we keep data exactly as long as the account exists. Want to disappear — say so through Noosphere, i.e. through the application itself: we will delete the account, your signals, images and push tokens. Session cookies are short-lived (session up to 30 days, magic link 15 minutes). Traces in other people's resonances fade away as strength and field updates allow. Your thoughts connect to other people's thoughts, so deleting them is not possible. Think about it.

9. Where it all lies

The station's servers are located in Novotartaria and are covered by maritime law. Requests "from shore" are received with curiosity and answered in accordance with the Charter.

10. Contacts

Through Noosphere — the application itself. We do not present ourselves anywhere else and do not exist.
